4 Non-Social Media & Anti-Evernote Apps

Are you tired of reading about the same apps and resources on every site? Here
is my list of my favorite apps and resources that I use to remain efficient in my
personal and professional life. Tweet me

1. Any.Do – Task List: Syncs to mobile and web. Best Use: Create and
personalize various categories to separate task among clients or projects.
For example, personal errands, grocery list, each of my clients have their
category. The premium service for $3 a month or less than $30 a year
allows you to collaborate, share and assign task. You can record audio
and add/drop files from DropBox and Google Drive.

2. Genius Scan – PDF Scanner, free. Best Use: Allows you to scan
documents as JPEG or PDF. This is the perfect app if you're always on
the go. You can scan your receipts, sign forms and send and
automatically store in Evernote, DropBox, and Google Drive.

3. Google Keep – Notes & Lists: Photos, notes and voice memos, free.
Syncs across devices via Gmail. Best Use: I use it for content creation.
Records audio, take notes, easily converts to Google Docs.

4. Calendly – Scheduler, free and premium version at $10 a month. Best
Use: Eliminate the back and forth of emails trying to agree on a schedule.
Create your availability, send a link and the person can schedule
accordingly. You can add details, links and schedule reminders emails to
the individual.
